Koralli sits at the edge of Evdilos harbour, where the fishing boats return each morning with the night's catch. For over two decades, our kitchen has honoured the rhythms of the Aegean — the seasons, the tides, and the farmers who tend the terraced hillsides above our village.
Our name means coral in Greek — a nod to the living reef beneath these waters and the warm terracotta glow of an Ikarian sunset. Every dish tells a story: wild herbs from the mountains, olive oil pressed in the valley, octopus dried in the sun on wooden poles along the harbour.
We believe the best meal is made with the fewest miles — from sea to table, in hours, not days.
